A pipeline construction company required to manage and optimize their welding inspection processes by using automation in remote fields to ensure welding parameters were followed and compliant reports and records were generated for their customers.
Solution
We helped our customer by replacing their manual calculations and redundant paper-based welding inspection processes with a smart interfaced mobile app. This mobile app worked offline where there was no internet connectivity. Once connected to the internet, the device would upload records to a central server.
