Sterling Homes is a large Canadian home builder that is digitally mature and progressive. They are one of the pioneers in adoption of leading technologies in their processes and always look for ways to make things better. When Covid-19 hit, they wanted to make sure they could still meet clients’ needs by allowing their potential customers to view a home, in a safe manner, while at the same time track leads through their pipelines the same way they did with their walk in clients. They also wanted to make their sales process was more efficient by widening the show home hours and increasing the number of appointments their sales concierge could handle in a day.

Our Solution

We studied their processes, CRM tools, marketing websites and created a web based portal that synchronized with their CRM, available home inventory that their sales concierges could start a virtual meeting through a show home’s dashboard. All show homes were equipped home automation hardware from Google Nest camera installations, doorbells, and remote door locks. We developed a customer facing mobile app to browse available inventory, book a showing with an online concierge and a standalone TV application that could connect the walk-in client with a sales concierge sitting in his office. Multiple people could participate in this Zoom-like interface, share their screen and interact with the client live at the showhome.
