The Solution

We customized the WalkThru application and backend to create a system that mimicked the client requirements. Currently over 500 users are using the system daily, managing over 600 sites province-wide.

Conclusion

Digital Fractal customized an already existing software solution used for the construction industry, to manage tickets, work orders, and facility maintenance for all its fixed assets. The solution allowed management to view reports, dashboards and activity for each region, integrate with other applications and extract productivity statistics for all its staff. Digital Fractal continues to provide support and maintenance for the application.
